Quadcurve equalizer

I'm using Quadcurve Equalizer to equalize my recording.

I switch  to "on" the up right enable button (it lights on) and change the knobs positions of gain, Q and frequency.

I'm doing this while i'm listening reording.

Nothing changes. What is wrong?

 

PS. I would like that all equalization will be exported to a mp3 file for ex.

I've found.

I did not enable the "Pro Channel Preset" at the top left.
