CTRL + F does this, at least for MIDI clips. Audio clips aren't included as they then wouldn't match the db scale.

Sorry, understand now... so:

1. Press CTRL + A to select all tracks

2. Then either:

• Hold down CTRL and adjust the height of one of the tracks to adjust all tracks by the same amount; or
• Hold down CTRL + SHIFT and adjust the height of one of the tracks to adjust all tracks to be the same height as the one you're adjusting

Maybe this would help:

While holding Z key, lasso desired area.  That should zoom in on it.  You can un-do the zoom with Alt+Z.

I'll advise you to use Cakefolk for the Cakewalk . 

After downloading the file, close the Cakewalk if it's open, unzip the downloaded file then run the "Cakefolk for the Cakewalk.exe"
Start the Cakewalk. 
If the Auto Track Zoom mod is on, and if you click on a clip, you'll see that it does the exact same thing that you want.
