I got it, loaded it up, but it only seems to be in Demo mode in Kontakt. Anyone else seeing that?

Did you register through Native Access?

It doesn't have a serial number, as I think its not intended for Kontakt Player. At least, my account doesn't show a serial number on the Sonokinetic site -- it says "N/A"

Sonokinetic is having problems with the serial numbers, but they promised everyone should get one within an hour or so.

Please check your account. My account was first without any Serial number-  but now it's in.

I think they need some time to update.

Could be another one is coming, as the first one is still free for everyone. Last year we had two limited freebies, one at 1GB and the other one at 2 GB. Missed them both though.
