Indeed, looks like NI doesn't recognize the product yet.

Same problem for me. 

Their other products register just fine, but not this one, so it's def a problem with the piano.

hi Greg - yep that's the issue - Native Access doesn't like the serial number from the website

it may be fixed now. i was writing a support request and went to get a screenshot and it accepted the serial number. once that was done, installing the library via Native Access was quick and it's now in my instruments. sounds great!

Confirmed...registered fine!

I didn't see anyway to purchase the library on its landing page, so I'm guessing they're aware of these issues and temporarily removed the option to get the free library.

Yep, worked fine. You just have to hit Activate in your account and then you'll get the NI-serial to register in Native Access.

Fyi...button to add to cart  is also not showing up for me but someone said that they had same issue when using their phone and had to use a desktop/laptop for buttons to show up.
