If I had a few nit picks they would be I didn't like the horns.. they sounded sampled and so did the flute or down to bad recording?. Exactly...Sometimes I can get the horns just right with samples, but this one did not...kind of a cute sound, but not very realistic... I play trumpet and I just might put a real trumpet track over it...I don't play flute that well, but maybe I'll get a bud to do it..or I will practice! ? Edited December 4, 2020 by Adam Compeau
Beagle Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 Hi Adam I like so much about this! love the intro! love the vocals! love the piano! love the choir even though it's keyboard sounds - very nicely done. LOVE the bells! love the echo vox too! some crits: the horns sound like keyboard horns and lack "realness" the Meinel Shekere (?) was a little too loud in the right channel. it was louder than the other percussion and other instruments. great message, too! love the song! great job! 1

Yes, and I am a trumpeter and own a trombone too...and I let laziness tell me that I like the "cute fake horns" LWOL! I think I will soon record real horns! ? I'll re-check the Meinel Shekere or whatever it is... Thanks!

It's funny...I almost hated music while I was sick and did not take one step into my music room. As soon as I started feeling better, I can't leave the music room now! Lol

Sorry you had to experience Covid-19 I have the furry paws crossed it has not left you with any long term side effects. 1
