Marcos Kleine Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 HI people! Can´t open sonar, get this message, CONCRET140.DLL not found....any sugestions?
msmcleod Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 Have you recently compressed your drive or any of your folders? This is known to have issues with Cakewalk plugins. Make sure they're uncompressed.
chuckebaby Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 Cakewalk installer should come with all the necessary Microsoft packages but I've seen random issues in the past where a Visual C ++ library needed to be updated.
Wookiee Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 When I did a search for the CONCRET140.DLL, Google asked if I meant CONCRT140.DLL seems to a problem as the search revealed this "Microsoft® Concurrency Runtime Library. ... For instance, a faulty application, concrt140.dll has been deleted or misplaced, corrupted by malicious software present on your PC or a damaged Windows registry" Might be worth running a virus or malware scan and check to see if the DLL is present on your system.
msmcleod Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 Both Wookie & Chuck E Baby are correct. This file comes with the Visual C++ 2015 redistributable library. You'll need to download and install it from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=48145
Starship Krupa Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 Without that library you will not be able to play that funky musique. No, seriously, I think it has something to do with the mixer. No, really, seriously, ignore me, I think these are solid answers.
Marcos Kleine Posted March 14, 2019 Author Posted March 14, 2019 Thanks people! YOU ROCK! Visual C++ 2015 was the issue! Here goes a video of my other band PAD, All recorded, mixed and mstered on Sonar by me.,...I am the guitar player, with the Relic Guitar heheh regards from brazil! 1
