cant hear playback of recorded audio tracks

I inputted audio from a keyboard and then saved the tracks. Now I cant hear the playback . I selected none and master file for each track.

When you record you must select your audio interface as the input.

What keyboard is it?
What audio interface?
Have you installed the drivers for the interface?
Have you selected the audio interface as input device?

And the track is routed to the Master fader, not file. ?  Think in terms of a mixing desk.

Thanks for your help Nigel. I'm brand new to cakewalk and recording. It's a yamaha psrew410. I'm running from the keyboard by usb to my laptop, so I guess there's no interface. I was a able to hear playback after recording but came back later and nothing plays. I'll try your other tips. Thanks again.
