UVI Osmose and IRCAM Solo Instruments 2: an unprecedented association

We're thrilled to present Osmose - the innovative expressive synthesizer from our friends at Expressive E, featuring our avant-garde IRCAM Solo Instruments 2.

In this demo, Julien Tortora plays - in his own words - "the first association of a polyphonic instrument as sensible as Osmose with a sound range as deep and unique as IRCAM Solo Instruments 2, which changes completely the rules of orchestral playing techniques."

Osmose is the embodiment of a complete stand-alone polyphonic synthesizer featuring a brand new mechanism, where the keybed responds polyphonically to pressure, aftertouch, and note bend. Featuring a deep modular sound design engine, Osmose can also be used as a controller, and like in the demo, as an MPE device, interacting perfectly with orchestral libraries such as IRCAM Solo Instruments 2.
