Feature Request: Copy Patch Name to Track Name

I would like this when setting up a template or creating a new project from scratch.  However, knowing me, I'd forget it was check and accidentally overwrite several track names before realized I had done that.

So, if this option is implemented, I'd like to have an additional option: [  ] uncheck upon close  [  ] keep checked -- or something like that.
