cclarry Posted November 20, 2020 Posted November 20, 2020 Babelson Audio's RojBash simple modulated tremolo and panner effect plugin is FREE (reg. $65). No end date. https://babelson.com/shop/rojbash/ 3
Fleer Posted November 20, 2020 Posted November 20, 2020 There’s a Belle Filter for free in there as well (instead of $29). 2
PavlovsCat Posted November 21, 2020 Posted November 21, 2020 Before I download, I've never heard of the developer before. Do you two use their plugins and recommend them? I mean, I appreciate freebies, but if they're not worthwhile, they can just be a waste of time and there have been so many freebies lately, I want to only download the worthwhile ones. Your thoughts on Babelson plugins, gentlemen?

Fleer Posted November 21, 2020 Posted November 21, 2020 Same here. I’m a *****. Then afterwards I may use them. Or not. But I do check out the website before hitting download 2

He had been developing for more than 10 years at Waves. 1

They look very promising. https://www.soundonsound.com/reviews/babelson-audio-fd-bundle
cclarry Posted November 21, 2020 Author Posted November 21, 2020 (edited) And THAT is why you always at least try the freebies... the only thing you have lose is a little bit of time...but you can't find the gold if you don't dig! Edited November 21, 2020 by cclarry 4 1
Fwrend Posted November 21, 2020 Posted November 21, 2020 (edited) May as well pick up the free Belle Factor while you're there. Both plugs can be found HERE. Seems he carried over the Waves $29 deal. Many of his singles are currently there. Edited November 21, 2020 by Fwrend 1 1

Installed on more than one computer with no need for ilok despite what the checkout process demands an ilok ID. Mine suggested 2 downloads, which seems like a poor customer service model. That said, I try to backup installers and if this one really works without further authorization, that makes it more tolerable. 2
TheSteven Posted November 21, 2020 Posted November 21, 2020 (edited) Got both. Installed Rojbash - no option as to installation location, installer is 32 bit, plugin is probably as well. Can't find the VST. After 15 minutes of hunting in all usual locations gave up and uninstalled it. Maybe I'm being blind and have missed seeing it but you shouldn't have to play hide & seek with your software. Another vendor on my not worth the hassle list. No slight on Larry. Can't be expected to turn up deals and verify/test the plugins as well. Edited November 21, 2020 by TheSteven

Not sure what went wrong, but it is absolutely VST3 64 bit on my machine...and those always default to the "vst3" folder. Edited November 21, 2020 by Brian Walton

Glad it worked for you, neither a VST2 or VST3 installed on my machine despite multiple attempts. Edited November 21, 2020 by TheSteven 2
