Earlier this year I emailed them when they had a similar bundle sale.  The website didn’t seem to be aware of the plugins I owned so therefore I couldn’t complete the bundles at the discounted price.  I was told that when they changed from sendowl cart to Shopify they couldn’t carry over the database.  After a few back and forths eventually they gave me a 20% discount for the plug-in I was missing from the bundle.  It roughly equated to the sale and was better than nothing.  So reach out to them and see what they say.

I had the same 'issue' with already purchased plugins not having an effect on the bundle price. Just email them, they are a great company to deal with.
