He says he “personally reads every reply”.

Thanks Fleer. He fixed me right up!

I have Waves Gold so I have this already. Is there anything I can do with a second license? Extend the WUP duration or something?

basically no - it will extend it for that one plugin

Right, I meant WUP for that specific product.

I managed to register this as a separate product, because Waves treats the Gold bundle as a whole package, it seems. Not sure if that's what you meant, Simon, but this works for me, too. ?

for those who do get this, here is the Waves IR Library, and it's 4.8 Gb

Thanks Lars. There are 2 sets of IRs in this pack . For some reason, and despite following the different directions for each, I’m getting the  second set to show up,  but not the first. I can even get the preset names to show in the browser for the first set, but the click through doesn’t work. Is it possible this set is not designed to go with this version of the plugin?

Working in IR-L here. Have both the Sampled Acoustics and the Virtual Acoustics, and they are both accessible.

Didn't do anything special, I just followed the directions at: https://www.waves.com/support/how-to-install-ir-reverb-preset-library

The extracted contents need to be copied separately into two different folders within the "Waves\Data path", according to the instructions. "\Waves\Data\IR1Impulses V2" and "\Waves\Data\IR1Impulses", respectively.

 Mine are working as well.

Yeah, it’s odd. The v2 stuff is working properly and the “Synthetic” presets in V1 are working. But when I click on a preset from the “Devices” pack in V1, the Programs 86 Waves V12 Plugins window pops open. Gonna have to give them a call, I guess.

Has anyone successfully relocated the (>5GB!) IR files from the default Waves' folders (see below) to an external hard drive?

  Virtual Acoustics:         C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves\Data\IR1Impulses

  Sampled Acoustics V2: C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves\Data\IR1Impulses V2
