Ron Davis
I am trying to import a (smartphone made) video that I made for virtual orches. I get the message that .mp4 is "not a supported file. Unable to recognize video".. What do I need to do to get the .mp4 audio or video to open in Cakewalk?
Syphus
I see that there are no replies. I have not used Cake for that myself but here is a link for a thread about Cake and video - Maybe it will help:
LarsF
I do mp4 all the time, but it is H264 inside that container. MP4 is not just one thing. And a codec might be missing. It maybe just be sound encoded that is not supported to fail. But if no other solution you can use AnyVideoConverter Free https://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/ You can convert to just about anything to anything. I do mp4 from youtube downloads too, works really well.
