At present, the meters in the mixing console can be set to display Peak, RMS or both. I think, along with them, we need LUFS/LKFS and True Peak as well.

That would really help us mix projects according to standards like EBU R128 or ATSC.

What do you actually use them for, anyone that has ever taken my tracks for broadcast has asked for me to make them louder

Well...

dBTP for mastering songs and checking peak.

LUFS/LKFS for checking dialogue levels against foleys and music. Also for setting the loudness as per the standard of whichever continent's project I'm missing.
