Keyboards shortcuts binding to Region Fx and external plugins

I use Vocalign project in Ara format (vst3) Using in the Region Fx to apply. I can't make a shortcut in Keyboard bindings. It is posible???

I search, but only see the Region Fx only but not the Vocalign.. The Vocalign option is not show in the keyboards shortcuts binding window..

I am not aware of any way to assign a key binding to apply a specific VST.

I mean ARA Plugins (Region Fx). I assigned a Keaboard Shortcut to Melodyne years ago in Sonar Platinum (import the my key bindings in all installation). But I cannot do it to Vocalign..

Vocalign not a built in ARA effect, VocalSync is as well as Melodyne.  The documentation does not mention a way to open VocalSync with a keystroke.
