Vocal Timing

I'm having trouble getting my vocals on timing with a beat and using the move function is not helping. Please how can I fix this?

Things I have done:  

1) increased the volume of the metronome in "Preferences", so I could hear it better; and

2) Melodyne 5.0 will let you quantize to beat.
