Can't use the knob control from a axiom midi keyboard

Hello, I'm starting to use Cakewalk with  an axiom air 32 mini midi keyboard but only the pads and  keys work, so I can't use the knob controls for exemple, do you know how to activate them?

According to a manual I found on line, the knobs have several modes.  Do you have them set for MIDI Mode? (I found the reference in the section for "HyperControl Mode Button.")

Thank you for your answer, I read the manual but I didn't find any solution. I think that the MIDI mode is activated by default...
