Drum machine recording

I have AKAI XR20 drum machine - when I record into Sonar 3x can I have all the parts on separate tracks? If so, how do I do that without recording each part separately?

You would have to be able to route each drum element to a separate output in your drum machine, for example kick to stereo output left, snare to stereo output right, hi-hat to aux output left, clap to aux output right.  Then patch those four outputs to four inputs of your audio interface.  If your unit does not allow for this then recording each part separately is the only way.  Cheers.
