Reid Rosefelt Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 (edited) When I don't buy directly from developers, I've bought all my software online at AudioDeluxe, JRRShop, Plugin Boutique, Time+Space, Best Service, and on one occasion, Everyplugin.com. Also a few things that required boxes from places like Musicians Friend and Zzounds. But I've never used PluginFox, probably because nobody here ever recommended them. But they look like a good company. Comments, anybody? Edited August 18, 2020 by Reid Rosefelt
Zargg Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 Hi. I purchased East West Symphonic Choirs from them last autumn/fall, and had no issues with them. Serial came in minutes. All the best. 1
Mesh Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 Lawrence from Pluginfox has very good customer service and has been here for about a year(?). Haven't seem him around lately though. Hi Zargg, good to see you mate!! 2
Topcheese Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 I don't know if you can edit the title, but you might want to correct the address somewhere. It's pluginfox.CO ... no .com. 1

Batwaffel Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 They are decent. I've bought a couple things from there before and they were delivered quickly. Their biggest issue it seems is they can't compete with the pricing on some of the bigger sites. If they focused more on exclusive sales, it would get them a lot further. I think Plugin Boutique has really learned that in the past couple years as well.
mibby Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 Yes, I've got an account there and I check prices when I remember. But I have never bought anything because I can usually find it the same if not better at the other usual discounters.
Eusebio Rufian-Zilbermann Posted August 18, 2020 Posted August 18, 2020 When I am trying to figure out if a store is legit or it is selling shady versions I check if they are a dealer for the brands they distribute. E.g., see pluginfox in this list https://www.plugivery.com/about/dealers/ 4
