Dragging MIDI is out of Sync with Audio track vs. Opening MIDI

Hi there, 
When I drag a MIDI file (created in MuseScore 3.0 with Tempo = 100) from media zone to a clip zone (to very beginning) it is not in sync with the First Beat of my recorded audio, despite current tempo is the same 100. However, if I open only the MIDI file, it plays perfect. How to import that MIDI file properly?
