Feature Request - Dark Theme the Plug-in Manager. Better yet, Dark theme Everything

Yes, indeed, it would be great to have those themeable. Especially when one is running a darker theme, having those dialogs pop up in bright white is jarring. My eyes!

I don't see a way to dark theme this forum, but that'd be cool too lol.

Funny, a few days ago (after my laptop forced v. 2004 on me), I changed some Windows setting and the next thing I knew, my browser had picked up the dark theme--presumably from Windows.  For those of you that like dark themes, if Cakewalk dialogs could grab that from Windows, you might like it!  Let me see what the forum looks like.

FWIW, I use a chrome plugin called "deluminate" to make browsing dark and low contrast.
