I followed this tutorial on how to set tempo from an already recorded guitar clip. It worked great except that I had about 6 bars of dead space before the clip started. The tempo of this section is about 10 bpm faster than it should be, which makes the metronome start off too fast and then slow down right when the audio starts.
I have multiple tracks in this project. When I try to edit the tempo manually, my guitar track moves but my vocal track stays put so the timing is off between them. How do I change the tempo so that all tracks stay locked together?
