Had a K1 and a K5m... and later a K4.

Made extensive use of all three.

K5 had some amazing horn sounds.

K4 had 16Bit samples... and filter (in the vein of Korg's M1 but scaled back cost).

Can confirm its a 64/32 bit vsti. So Kontakt not required. Has behaved with Cakewalk. Just been lost in a pile of nostalgia with it and wondering how I thought I was going to conquer the world with it back then....ha !

I've been using my K1 as a MIDI controller from the day I bought an Atar1 1040STE and started down this road.  Its right in front of me but I haven't heard its actual sounds in 20 years.  Looks like I'll be able to hear it again!!!

Using the real thing to run a virtual model of the real thing?   ...  ?
