melodyne essential notes levelling

hello I have recently purchased melodyne essential, was just wondering if you need to upgrade for the notes levelling features?

There's not a basic volume adjustment tool in the essentials version. I have zoomed in real close and seen the blobs turn into midi note blocks like you would see in prv. I've never tried it but it might be worth a try to see if you could adjust the volume on these blocks like in prv.   ms
