Problem connecting iRigs keys controller

Greetings;

I recently downloaded bandlab and I can't just make my controller to be recognized by the software. I tried to follow these instructions:

Connect your device via USB to your machine

Launch Cakewalk by BandLab

Go to Edit > Preferences, or press P when the Start Screen is closed to open the Preferences menu

Under MIDI > Devices, select your keyboard as an Input device. 

But it just don't work, any help please? Thanks in advance and have a good one!

 

PS: Im using windows 10 64bit, 8Gb ram and i5 4th generation cpu.
