is there a way to move your tempo changes simultaneously when moving measures

says it all. I want to shift the entire song 20 measures forward to add an instrumental intro but scads of tempo changes later on in the song.

Turn on Ripple editing and Grab the whole group and shift it to its new home.

Oh yea... and don't forget to turn it off when your done.

FWIW I wrote a pretty extensive article on ripple editing in Cakewalk. It's a very useful editing technique, for many reasons.

I've never used Ripple Editing but another way to do it is to go to Project/Insert Time/Measures. Enter the number of measures you want to add and make sure the appropriate  Slide options are enabled.
