I didn't get any email about it though. Not exactly sure adding it (even for $19) to full NOVO is a big win, but I am pretty fond of NOVO. More or less it has become my go-to string library, but I don't think it's worth the full price($549). What this essentials version seems to include is a pretty good deal: includes mics and the articulations you'd want and it works with Kontakt player.
