Free Limiter VST with ceiling and threshold feature

Dear All,

Goodday.

I am looking for free Limiter VST with ceiling and threshold feature, i found one - Maxwell Smart but it does not support 64bit windows.

Other VSTs come with threshold but not ceiling, anyone could recommend any?

Just to share what i found. Found this limiter that comes with ceiling and threshold. Measured with loudness meter and the VST did what it supposed to.

If you had Sonar and the Blue tube stuff the BT Brickwall is the only limiter I've used for a long time now and it works solid. If I set it to -0.8 all measuring tools will report that that is exactly what I got, The Loudmax is also a great limiter for free, I use that on the output of my Movies in Vegas.
