Cakewalk sound center

In one installation at the studio I have the Cakewalk sound center synth that came with (I think) X3 Platinum. Unfortunately we never purchased any of the add-ons sample packs, and now obviously can't be had any more.

Anybody knows if it's possible to buy or get them otherwise?

Digital Sound Factory used to do some, although I couldn't see them on their website.

You might try to contact them to see if they are still available.

If you're looking for VST rompler with a wide array of sounds, I recommend Xpand!2 which has over 2500 presets, and is definitely worth the $15 cost:

I think Cakewalk Sound Center was replaced by Rapture Session.

Rapture Session imports your Dimension Pro and Rapture classic presets. So if you can find sound packs for those older synths, they can be used in Rapture Session. This may also apply to Rapture Pro, but I don't have it, so cannot confirm.
