Step Generators in Omnisphere

Does OMnisphere have step generators the way Rapture does?  or are the arpeggiators  in Omnisphere 2.6 morphed into the Step Generators?  am I making sense.  I'm trying to understand the concept of the two.  Thanks in advance.

Yes, I think eight multi segment envelopes are available per part. The arp is separate.
