Strange Occurrence The Flute 3 Low track is expanded in both photos

The Flute Track is expanded in both photos.  The tracks left panel not synced to the right panel.  This happens right before I lose complete control of Cakewalk.  This happens from time to time.  Anyone else ever had this happen? Any ideas?
