Presonus studio 2/4 driver issue

Hi all,

After having issues with not getting sound from Kontakt I went to prefs and under devices/input drivers,  Studio USB ASIO Driver input 1 (as opposed to 1 and 2) is checked.

My other choices are Studio USB ASIO Driver Virtual in 1 and greyed out (and uncheckable) is Magix low latency 2016 HD audio...

Please find screen grabs for devices and driver settings attached.

Do you see anything abnormal here or have suggestions I can try?

ASIO only uses one device at a time. It's a clock thang. 

To use the other device, deselect everything input and output, save the settings, then go back and enable the other.

To use multiple devices you cannot use ASIO.  WASAPI will usually be your best choice. 

AS far as what "Virtual In One" is...I dunno, but try disabling everything, saving, then enabling everything again and see if it changes

The Virtual Input is for loopback (only available with Windows, not the Mac drivers). There's an article that tells all in the PreSonus support section.
