Changing from EZ Drummer Demo to Full Version - Existing File

After many trial and error I did finally figure out how to get my ezdrummer demo midi file into my song in cakewalk. Did tons of editing. Now I have bought the full version. How can I change the midi track that is already edited to use the new instrument which is the full version of EZD? Can't I change point the track to the new instrument some how??
