hi,  my destop pc has no internet,   it was purpose built for audio music only,        can i upload cakewalk by bandlab to dvd disc then onto my destop  pc? cheers.

You could. 

However, Cakewalk by Bandlab will remain in demo mode until you, get the PC you installed it on connected to the internet, and then activate it with Bandlab assistant

Also a bit of a pain with VSTs.
