No video showing when selecting Views - Video

Hi,

I've been struggling to find out why I don't see the video I'm importing. If I choose to show thumbnails, I see them and I hear sound on play, so the video is there and readable. When I select View - Video, I don't see it. Or if I right-click on the video thumbnails and select Open Video View, it's not working either. I also checked if it was docked somewhere hidden and I don't find it. 

Please let me know if you have some clues.. thanks!

Is it possible you are using a workspace that has the video feature disabled?  To check this, set the workspace to "none"
