I have recently gotten my broken computer back. It seems the reason for the intermittent freezing--both while in Cakewalk and other programs- was that my SSD was defective And that was on a  new Dell computer. . Since replacing it, I no longer see any freezing. Of course, I've  had to painstakingly reinstall all of my programs. Which leads me to:

It seems like I am able to easily find Instrument Definition Files for all of my instruments, except the Kronos. I have been searching for about 40 min,  but cannot find any links. Any ideas?

OK, I think I figured it out. Under my saved files, the Master.ins is not found under cakewalk Core, but under AppData, as someone in this forum told me about 6 months ago. AppData just doesn't show up in "trees."
