I posted this last year, but could be interesting for new members and those who want to upgrade to Native Instruments Kontakt full version.
Jay Maas Signature Series Drums Lite Edition released by Room Sound is a free acoustic drum kit sample library for Kontakt Player. It contains seven kit pieces from the full version of the product which is $89, but occasionally on sale. With the Lite Edition you are also entitled to the Kontakt full version crossgrade.

Highly recommended as well as Sennheiser's DrumMic'a which also sits in the Kontakt player. They are both player libraries, and they both sound great for freebies.
