Sheet Music and compose

Hi 

I have a question. I want to insert sheet music and compose the same. how does that work?

1) open new project.

2) right click in track area to add a midi track (Choice #2)

or

look for a midi track (a white circle with dots in it.)

3) press Alt+6 (use keyboard 6 not numpad 6)

4) you are in staff view - start composing music. (click note value then click on staff
