Imported wav drum loop not playing at correct tempo

When I import a wav drum loop (24 bit),  it plays horrendously slow.  Is there an audio preference setting I'm missing?

I appreciate any help you can provide!

Try entering  the number of beats in the Loop Construction window. Sometimes Cakewalk misses by a factor of two. Just out of curiosity, is the loop a Groove clip or a REX file?
