Upgrade to W10 Issue, Tweaks and Questions

UPDATE--

 

Just a few minutes later, after the Windows update was done and I restarted my PC, I now get the audio dropouts again AND no toast message! :-( - Bypassing all FX solves the playback issue.

Here's all the things you've been asking for all along. I do want to add that my DAW specs are in my signature and, prior to W10 none of this was an issue and I've had projects with more than this going on.

UAD Studio-D Chorus (x1)
UAD Precision Bus Compressor (x1)
POD Farm 2 (x2)
POD Farm distortion (x1)
CW FX Chain "Chunks" (x1)
Guitar Rig 5 (x1)

CW Multi-voice Chorus/flanger (x1)

If this was a constant issue, I'd be ordering my shiny, brand new USB audio interface right now! :-/
