High pitched noise and no audio with TH3

Hi All, 

 

I have been having some trouble with the TH3 plugin. 2 main things are happening;

1 - every now and then on startup i get a warning saying that it cant find TH3 and cakewalk has to shut down.

2 - when it does startup fine, and i add the TH3 plugin into the audio channel,  then add any amp in i just get a continuous high pitched frequency. If i try to use another plugin it works fine? If i turn the TH3 off in on the channel FX line it goes away and guitar returns....

 

Any suggestions?

I have payed around with the ASIO4ALL but as i say, before the plugin is enabled, everything works fine....

Any help would be much appreciated!

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Cakewalk. Painless, just time-consuming.
