SOLVED HELP! No audio output

Hi, this is similar to a problem I had the other day but it appears to now be affecting all Cakewalk projects. The audio is showing in the VU meters in a project but no audio is coming through the speakers or headphones. I have made sure my Master track output is for the speakers but nothing. 

I have tested the audio in Windows and everything is fine and it is working in another DAW just not with Cakewalk. Is there a re-set I can do to fix this?

Sorry: my bad. For some reason whilst the master track itself wasn't muted, the speakers were muted in the master track.
