Yes that is annoying Simon and makes them harder to search/use.

I am in the process of renaming/categorising them to something more useful otherwise they will get stored with other foley samples and then forgotten.

yep - stored in my foley samples, probably never to be seen again.

Really, if anything, it's better if you have another synth like Sektor or Pigments and dabble in sound design, because it will inspire you to make your own spin.
