cclarry Posted April 6, 2020 Posted April 6, 2020 (edited) I went to use some of my Slate All Access plugins and iLok told me that they weren't activated. I checked my payment, and it was made on the 30th, but the subscription DID NOT RENEW so now the plugins are inaccessible. I've put a support ticket in to Slate, but was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue? Edited April 6, 2020 by cclarry
Des Adam Posted April 6, 2020 Posted April 6, 2020 I had this earlier in the month. I had to close my ilok cloud session and reopen it. It seems to have solved the issue for me. 1 1
