Flex is one of the built FL Studio synths. 
It can be a bit convoluted getting the free lib installed as you've got to have the latest FL Studio installed and if you already do you need to re-register it for Magnificence to show up as a free download in Flex; but if you use Flex it's probably pretty easy. Full instructions in the top link.
It's not a bad sounding synth, demo vids sound nice, but I tend not use synths or FXs that are bound to particular DAW so I've never gotten around to using it.
