The Komplete Start pack contains the PLAY SERIES SELECTION which is basically a streamlined version with 10 presets, while the current freebie ANALOG DREAMS contains 100 presets. Komplete owners (including Komplete Select, Komplete 6 and others) already have this as a part of their libraries. As such, it is a BRILLIANT FREEBIE for those who don't own any paid Komplete product.
