MIDI Event List View missing

I am trying to open the MIDI event view Which is supposed to be in the Views menu but there is no sign of it.

The reason I need it because I imported a MIDI file and it is showing strange behaviour. I am using the Cakewalk TTS as the virtual instrument and I have set my patch for each track but as soon as I start playing the instruments for the tracks change so I was going to look in the MIDI event list for a program change event and delete if its there.

Glad I found this.  Didn't even know Workspaces could remove menu items.  My PRV is back!

Yes.  One purpose of workspaces is to make unavailable and hide features that you are unlikely to use for a particular workflow....
