Just thought I'd let everyone know that
Plugin Alliance Transfers are now instant.
You pick the plugin to transfer from a list
of your plugins, and insert the new owners
email and hit the transfer button and it's done!

There is still the transfer fee...

The fee structure is as follows:

1 plugin: $20 USD
2 plugins: $40 USD
3 or more plugins: $50  USD

payable by the buyer.

I'm not critiquing it, just noting it.
