Element 0.25.0 is now available
Changes:

• FIXED – problems changing graphs with program change
• ADDED – Tooltips to mixer strips
• FIXED – backwards pin labels in graph editor
• FIXED – Crash when changing bus IO on certain plugins ADDED.

Warning this version 0.25.0 (at least the 64bit version) did not work on my Windows 10 PC. 

Installed, uninstalled, reinstalled several time.  Tried a variety of things (creating a new session, etc.) and no go.
But previous version 0.24.1 works and reinstalling it, restored functionality.

So unless you have a copy of an old installer you may want to hold off on this for the moment.

Edit:
After installing version 0.29.0 my Element stopped working.
See next post on how to fix if you have same issue.

Support got back to me and we found fix...

This fixed things:

1. Click on File menu
2. Click on Preferences
3. in Preferences Window click on License
4. tben click on left button may say either "Activate" or 'Refresh"
