David Baay Posted January 6, 2020 Posted January 6, 2020 I can't repro that. I would guess some corruption has occurred in RAM, and close/re-open (or save/close/re-open if necessary) will fix it. If not, you might need to recreate one or more tracks to fix internal indexing.

David Baay Posted January 6, 2020 Posted January 6, 2020 If it requires a reboot to fix, I would be more inclined to suspect some issue with the mouse driver. Is it wired, and using a generic Windows driver?
sadicus Posted January 6, 2020 Author Posted January 6, 2020 (edited) It only happens with the MIDI, the Audio clip d/d act as expected best driver is already installed. reboot did not fix the issue and I'm about to ask help solve another strange issue to do with audio.
